The Express Strength Program is perfect for you if you:

✓ Enjoy 30-45 minute gym or home workouts.
In this Program, you will enjoy a combination of:
✓ Strength Focused workouts to increase overall strength.
✓ Full Body, Lower Body and Upper Body Weighted Workouts.
✓ Mobility and Cardio Warm-Ups
✓ Low-Intensity Steady State Cardio (Level 2 only).
✓ Finishers to finish your workout on a high.
✓ Advanced methods including Pyramid Sets and Contrast sets.

Express Strength offers two levels to choose from, each tailored to a different fitness levels.
Level 1: Some experience with resistance training is recommended for Level 1 of Express Strength. The exercises featured are easy to follow, however, there are varied tempos throughout the Program that may be challenging for those who are new to training.
Level 2: It is strongly recommended that Level 1 is completed before Level 2. Level 2 of Express Strength is an extension of Level 1, with more advanced training styles and training volume.

Intakes commence 10am every Monday and as soon as you confirm your order, you will receive instructions on how to access our App and begin preparing for Day 1.
To complete this Program, some experience in resistance training is advised. However, if you're new to the gym and want to complete Express Strength, we suggest allowing yourself more time to complete each workout, as you navigate new techniques and have longer rest periods.
It is highly recommended that you complete level 1 before level 2, as level 2 is an extension of level 1 with more advanced training styles and training volume.

If you're completing Express Strength from home, you'll need:
